1 Year Guarantee
1. Rat proof the structure
2. Place and service rat traps until all rodents have been removed
3. We guarantee our work for 1 year from the initial date of the agreement
4. If the rodents gain entry from our repairs or make a new hole, we will return, correct the openings and trap any rodents that may have entered at no
additional charge to you for a period of 1 year from the initial date of the agreement
3 Year Guarantee
1. Rat proof the structure
2. Place and service rat traps until all rodents have been removed
3. Sign up for a 12 month exterior rodent control maintenance program is required
4. Must have 12 maintenance services in 14 months
5. If rodents gain entry from our repairs or make a new hole, we will return, correct the openings and trap any rodents
that may have entered at no
additional charge to you for a period of 3 years from the initial date of the agreement
12 Monthly Services
1. To guarantee our work for 3 years we need to make sure to eliminate the majority of the rodent populations on the exterior
2. Service also includes, at no additional charge to you, as you need it
3. Insect Pest Control: Ants, Spiders, Roaches and general Insects*
4. Live animal trapping: Raccoons, Opossums, Skunks as needed up to two times per year at no charge
Maintenance Service
1. Technician services bait stations upon arrival
2. If needed, technician will treat the exterior for insect pests
3. If there is an issue with an animal, call the office to schedule an appointment
4. No charge for any callbacks between services
5. Service the interior upon your request
Cancellation Policy
1. May cancel before the 12 monthly services
2. No Fee
3. Guarantee will be reduced to 1 year from the initial date of the agreement or remaining months
Pests Covered*
1. Ants, Spiders, Roaches, Moths, Pantry Beetles, Carpet Beetles, Ticks and most other dooryard Pests
Pests Not Covered*
1. Bees, Wasps, Fleas, Yellow Jackets and Bed Bugs
2. Reduced service charge applies (As a monthly maintenance customer you pay a lowered fee)
Additional fees may apply if customer or customer’s employee or agent creates opening that allow rodent entry.
If rodents enter through an open door or window Rat Busters Inc. will trap rodents at no additional charge during the guarantee period.
